CintaNotes was designed to reside in system tray, not on the taskbar. In the tray icon, there's such an option:

Just before I got to your reply, I had an "ah hah" moment and put CN in the systray and got the results you wrote. I had forgotten how I accessed the program.
So other than being very cold here, everything is wonderful with CintaNotes and your patient help.
