CintaNotes_1_4_2_Setup.exe blocked by IE 9

internet explorer 9 blocks execution of CintaNotes_1_4_2_Setup.exe because it is considered malware

I've checked and it is actually not flagged as malware, but merely saying that Ie is not sure whether it is safe.
I think this is default behavior for all unsigned programs.
You can click the round "More options" arrow button and click on "Run Anyway".
