I've tried to change the main/tray icon to adjust it to a white one to get a closer Windows 7 feeling

I did this with a lot icons and all working great. exept CintaNotes wich causes a error and won't start.

Any Idea how I can solve this problem?
Thanks

I think you refer to resource editing. Well, couple of ideas, first one is to unpack the executable and edit the unpacked .exe (CintaNotes uses UPX, so look at the UPX documentation for usage, -d switch if I'm not mistaken). The second one would be trying different tools for editing. Of course, this is for personal usage, please do not redistribute such modified versions.
