One instance only

I've been trying to set CN to open one instance only but it's not working.

Isn't this the proper config?

startup.minimized = 0
startup.multipleinstances.allowed = 1
startup.multipleinstances.activationmsg = 1

Not quite, try this:

startup.multipleinstances.allowed = 0

That's odd. Thought for sure i had used that option prior to posting.
