I am very pleased with your program, i use it for my story writing, it sits next to openoffice.org and i put caracter names, places, idea's, objects.
There are two inprovments for me, one is i know it opens internet sites but would be good if it could open programs like paint.net, idiary, openoffice.org.
The second idea is, colours of the notes, say green for my names, blue for places, etc.
I do like the program and seems it will be a good aid for my book writing.

As for colored notes, something like this is on the roadmap, you might want to vote here:

Concerning opening different programs, unfortunately it is impossible to implement in a general way - without
hardcoding details of each application, which I'm not very inclined to do.
