In a single word "awesome". Thanks Alex. Shift+Esc is really cool. Also i confirm Ctrl+Alt+L now works as expected. Huge thanks. :D

Thanks for the continuous improvements. Using CN is an ongoing joy :)
The new version runs without problems so far and Thomas's suggested behavior (CTRL+ALT+L) feels intuitive.

The only little additional enhancement I could think of would be to also show the new title in addition to 'update link caption' so I can easily decide if the link is still appropriate. On the other hand I don't change the title that often - so maybe we could use development time to implement more important things like http://roadmap.cintanotes.com/topic/106741-esc-to-reset-tag-and-search-text-filter-in-a-single-step/ ;)

Just to inform you that the date on the downloaded 2.1.1 .exe file for the portable version is 08/03/2013 not 08/04/2013 as it should be

this minor error initially caused me to stop when updating.
everything works fine but this is not the date that you intended!

Thanks for your excellent work
Regards
