[Goodie] CintaNotes as an address book
I was thinking CintaNotes may be interesting for representing an address book or another data set organized around the alphabet. We just need to define a tag for each letter of the alphabet, you may see an example in the attached screenshot. Beside feature discussions and feature requests I think it's also interesting sharing experiences and discuss CN in a more general way, for example how we use CN, how we would like to use it, and about our process of storing, organizing and retrieving information.

Completely agree. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for this Ale - It's a great idea which will really be useful when multiple notebooks are available. Tis use is also a good reason to have local vs global tags (which I wasn't so much in favor of before...)!

Excellent idea. I'd probably put the person's name in the title, and with a condensed display where the tag didn't take up whole line ... ideal. Nod

Without sorting by name, it isn't so good ...

i dont think that you need to sort it. if you know the name (if you dont know the name, sorting isnt helpful) just type it in the searchfield.

Re: [Goodie] CintaNotes as an address book
Hi to all.
As a brand new user, I'm still a bit naive about all the possibilities of using CN.
I spotted this post, but how do I view the attachments ? They are not active on my PC.
This post is now 4 years old. Have there been any new features added to CN since then which would change how an address book might be constructed ?
Thanks for any help or ideas.
