[Administrative] New forum - 'Bug reports'

Hello all,
herewith I'd like to inform you that all bug-related topics have been moved to a new forum, called 'Bug Reports'.
This forum is much more convenient for getting an immediate overview of all reported problems, and for making sure that no problem remains unattended.
So please report bugs in this new forum. The "[Bug]" tag is no longer necessary, I'll tag topics myself to keep track of defect statuses.
