Hello all - new PRO user here
Just want to verify that since there's no Save command (only Save As) that the new information is saved to disk as it's entered - correct? I'm not referring to a backup here, just the simple persistence of the note data. I looked in the Help, and in Forums - didn't really see any mention of Save.
Thanks!
"Save" is automatic?

Re: "Save" is automatic?
OK I just came across this same discussion from 2015 - http://cintanotes.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2014
So it seems that everything is automatically saved (kind of like OneNote?)
After using it for a few days, that's the behavior that I see.

Re: "Save" is automatic?
If its in the list then it is saved in your notebook: http://cintanotes.com/help/#notebooks
If you mean when your typing a note in the note window, not until you press OK: http://cintanotes.com/help/#taking .
And in addition, when you press Ctrl-S. Or, when pressing Escape and OK on a dialog box if Options>Edit>Save on Esc is unchecked, which it is initially, but I couldn't find about these last two cases it in the Help file while I just quickly skimmed over it.
For your question 'is save automatic' the answer is not clearly extracted from just reading the help file. (There is no 'auto-save' that I know of.) The help file says "press “OK” (or Ctrl+Enter) to add the note to your notebook." which essentially means it is saved, because the notebook is a file.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Thanks for supporting the project by buying a license!
Yes, date is correct, the notes are saved when you press OK button after editing them or press Ctrl+S explicitly.
Notebook changes like tagging or deleting notes from the notes list are saved immediately.
