drag link into note; 3.10; Win10 64bit;

Hello!

I can't get a file link to a note in a fast way.

I tried some drag and drops from explorer (which only copies; no shift or ctrl key for links supported).
Then, I tried drag and drop of a URL from FireFox to note but only text gets inserted, not a link.

Then, I tried dragging from Firefox to notes list -> great, new note was create with link to file in it.
But, title was not set to file name.
Both http:// and file::// URLs don't work.

Any hint I missed so far to quickly dragging a file link to a note?

Hello Han,

Thanks for your post. Could you please describe in more detail the scenario that you think should be working but doesn't:
1) Windows version
2) On to what do you drop the file - onto notes list or onto opened note editor
3) How CN should decide whether to put a link to a file, or to attach the file to a note etc.
