In most programs that I use, I can easily italicize a word or phrase by typing Ctl-i at the beginning and Ctl-i at the end. But in CintaNotes that second Ctl-i removes the italics from the word/phrase I have just typed. The only way I can apply italics is to type the word/phrase, put a space after it, then highlight the word/phrase and do Ctl-i.
This strikes me as nonstandard behavior. Am I misunderstanding something?

Hi Bill,
yes this is non-standard. We have plans to fix this in the next major update.

What's the plan to fix it? This is the case as in MS Word. It's good if we go advanced.
