I just downloaded and tried to set up Cintanotes to work on my Win10 Pro Dell laptop. When I try to clip using Ctrl-F12, all I get is the menu to increase the brightness of my screen. Very frustrating. I like the look of this simple app, but trying to find a hotkey combination that will work seems impossible. Any suggestions? Is there any other way to clip? Otherwise I won't bother.
Oh - and I tried to clip using both Opera and Firefox. Neither worked. The Ctrl-Shift-F12 to Add New Note didn't work either. I got no response from CintaNotes at all. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks,
Tess

Re: hot keys not working
Options -> Hot Keys -> select in "Clip text hot key" F12 then press F11 (for example) then click OK

Re: hot keys not working
Thank you - that worked. I found one Function key that didn't have an assigned action (F7) and made the change.
I appreciate the help
