hotkey clipping: won't get the selected text and url in Chrome

It used work great.
but from today, it can't get the selected text and url from chrome, when I tried clipping with hotkey
when hotkey hits, it wait longer then normal, then te popup new note with clipped title only, content and link input are all empty.

I tried clip from notepad, which is no problem.
and tried restart computer, relaunch chrome, all no cure.

please help. thanks.

update: as I restart chrome, it works ok for couple of minutes, then this problem happened, and never clip the selected text and url, until I restart chrome again.

I think I figure out the problem, it was idm's extension,

I updated the software, but somehow leave the old version extension in the browser,
so I guess every time when I selected, the idm involved and crashed by confliction in the background,
it makes the copy command fired by cintanotes can't implement.

leave this here in case someone else need to reference to solve the similar issues.

Indeed many browser extensions may hijack text selection.
