advise smth like a notebook. onenote? cintanotes? what else?

i want to make notes, publications, notes, copy-paste, links on the computer. if anyone uses a useful tool, please, recommend. if you use the internet, bookmarks are not a very comfortable thing, by the way, i have them a lot. i tried to google but don't want to bump into software that won't work well. i don't have experience in using such tools for computer notes, so experienced friends, share your opinions on onenote, cintanotes and other software. what have you tried? what were your expectations? what features are absent in these tools which you'd like to have? thanks
