N00b: Where is cintanotes.settings file?

In the same folder as cintanotes.exe.
It gets created after the first run.

But if you have placed CN into the Program Files folder, the Windows 7 virtualization kicks in
and it is somewhere in Users\<UserName>\Application Data...

Humble apologies - I failed to thank you for your help. I gave up on my laptop; got a new desktop and got it working (Dropbox is a beautiful thing!); went back and fixed it on my laptop. It's all good.
