URLs copy and paste to word document HOW?

hi guys -the goal, create a list with URL names only from separate multiply note entries how is this done?

Next question... select note[s] copy selection[s] with each url entry name to a word document how is it done?

please help the url entry name is an important part to my work can u assist?
