[Files][Backup] a few suggestions, and small error message bug

1) can you make cintanotes not to write error in log if "lang" folder doesn't exists?

2) can you make cintanotes not to create backup folder if all backup is off?

and small bug
i get message in wrong coding when cintanotes can't find its database
(see attached image)

Hi hlop4ik,

1) Yes, I agree it is kinda stupid that it creates log.txt is this case. I'll fix this in the next version.
2) This bug just keeps reappearing ;) Sure I'll fix this too.
3) Hmmm, I think the reason is not that CN can't find the database - it can't create the database path. Can you please tell me how to reproduce this? You must have a Russian Windows, is that correct? Seems that this error message comes from the OS.

yes i have win xp sp 3 russian
to reproduce this bug you can write in cintanotes.settings
notebook.file = "path to cintanotes base on removable drive" (i store base on my flash drive)
then took out this drive, and run cintanotes
