[UI] WindowList to display list of edit windows

With 1.4 each edit window has it's own entry in the windows taskbar. This can be confusing when searching for a specific window. Using a new hotkey it should be possible to open a window, showing a list of the opened edit windows. The main window must not be included. Each entry should contain the title or when empty the first line of the text. The "window list" is a third kind of cintanotes window. This should be more efficient, rather than searching a specific edit window using ALT+TAB.

Thanks for your feedback. I clearly understand the problem you are describing and I like the idea of the "window manager"-window. But I'm not sure that this should be separate from the main CN window. But that's already implementation details. The main point here is that
handling multiple edit windows should be improved. I've added this to the roadmap here:

IMHO, the way CintaNotes works currently seems preferable; while windows are unified because they share the same icon, one can tell them apart by looking at note title. But then YMMV...
