Just my vision of some UI enhancement accoding to CintaNotes design philosophy - ability to attach small descriptive icon to a note.

Maybe could be achived by having such icons associated with tags?

Actually on the roadmap already exists something similar, which can be extended
to incorporate arbitrary icons: Add simlpe status flag icon.
And I think Noddy is right, there's not much to associate icons on per-note basis, it makes more sense to view these icons as tag properties. Nothing would prevent a note from having more than one icon, by the way.
