Option to disable warnings/notices

Postby shawnkhall » Wed Oct 30, 2013 8:33 am

I don't know why, but since my last reboot CN isn't visible in my tray. That's okay, it handles instance management fine.

However, when I load it up by clicking the icon in my taskbar or on the desktop it loads the interface BUT also provides an error/notice that reads:
"Activated already running CintaNotes instance."

I don't want (or need) this notice to appear.

Thank you!

Hello shawnkhall!

Yes, CintaNotes supports the optional appearing of this message.
Installed CN settings file has a command line parameter 'startup.multipleinstances.activationmsg='.
Changing this value will disable the message.

Thanks!

Perfect. Thank you!

Code: Select all

startup.multipleinstances.activationmsg = 0
