[Search][Editing]batch replace required

Postby sudo » Sat Apr 12, 2014 1:48 pm

my notes in CintasNotes ,their title may be“clipboard” “ClipboardOwnerWindow”

could you please add new function “replace”?

batch replace “clipboard” “ClipboardOwnerWindow” with empty(just like delete)

it's better the fuction [batch replace] search range can be defined just like the existed search function

thank you

Hi sudo, thanks for your suggestion!

From CN2.6 it will be possible to use the "Replace" function inside of note editor.
If you need to replace text across many notes, this idea is already on the roadmap, you can
vote for it here:
http://roadmap.cintanotes.com/topic/568 ... s-in-view/

Also you can use a workaround: export notes into XML, open it in any text editor and perform the replacing, then import the XML back into CN.
