[Viewing] Add toggling of note tags display mode (#132)

Can we have a vote on this please?
I’m keen on this as it will allow me to see my To-Do items as single line notes.
I use
-The title – which is my To-Do action
-The note body – blank (ok when min lines set to 0, but otherwise displayed as a blank line (is this a bug?))
-The tags (believe #132 offers the facility not to have this on a separate line)
