CN text blurry in Windows 10

I've switched to Windows 10 on one of my computers, a laptop with 1920 x 1080 screen resolution. CN (and a few other applications) looks distinctly blurry at the recommended 125% scaling - a good, detailed explanation is in this threadç http://www.tenforums.com/general-suppor ... -text.html From what I have read, this is something that should be fixed by the software developer... in this case CN, since Windows is clearly not going to.
The program goes away if I use 100% scaling, but on a 15° laptop that is really not an option: I tried, but the text appears way too small at 100% scaling.

Just after I posted the above, I've also found a solution online:

Right-click on the shortcut to your application that has blurry fonts, then select 'Properties'. Then tab 'Compatibility'. Then enable 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' and hit 'Apply'. then restart your application, and you see it will look good.

Hi Riccardo,
Glad that you've found a solution!
We have some plans to support high DPIs, but first we need to release the autotagging rules.

My experiments were less successful. When I followed these instructions, it removed all spacing between lines of text -- i.e., each line was jammed next to the following line, with no white space between them. I had to revert to the default settings.

I'm using Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 4, with a note text font of 16-pt. Georgia.

Thanks for the extra info!
We're planning to do a major redesign in CN4.0 (that is currently _preliminary_ planned for Christmas), there we plan to tackle the high DPI issues.

CN4 sounds good! Please give it a cleaner, fresher face. Simplenotes is a good example of keeping this, well, simple in the UI. Cintanotes comes across dated, or at least that's how others have felt when I've shown it...

Yes, that's exactly what we are planning to do. And thanks for promoting CN to your friends, means a lot for us!
