[Editing] Confirmation when esc is pressed

For most of Chinese input methods , the ESC key is used to clear the Pinyin characters typed in the input area before they're transformed into Chinese .

In the cintanotes , this key is defined as closing current note without saving . Unfortunately I've pressed esc by mistakes and lost all change of current note for many times .

Because Cintanotes doesn't have an autosaving feature like onenote and tomboy , i prefer that displaying a notice when user press the Esc key to close current note .

Thank you .

Another vote for this feature request.

I use a Netbook to take notes and a couple of times I have accidentally hit the ESC key and lost all of my notes.

Can you please either add auto-saving so if I hit ESC nothing is lost or please add a save option prior to exiting the note.

Many thanks, Brett

Although I never came across this, the issue raised seems relevant and the proposed solution sensible... Alex (the developer) will comment and decide, of course.

Hi guys, sorry for delay!!

I think confirming the ESC key is generally a bad idea, much better would be to have an autosave function to be able to restore the prematurely closed dialog box. Moreover, it can be integrated with the already planned Recycle Bin folder. What do you think?
