[Viewing] New function? to place a note always on the top of all notes

Some notes are especially important and I want to see then every time I open the CN.
Now all the notes are sorted by title/date/etc.
Is it possible to tag some notes as important and they will be kept on the top?
And surely such a tag could be removed later.

there are several options to implement that:
1) Keep the notes always open:
http://cintanotes.userecho.com/feedback/4253-search/2) Editable creation date. You could put the date like 2099 year and they would always be on top.
3) A bookmarking system on top of the tagging system.

Which option do you prefer?

Might be nice in conjunction with the "starred items ala gmail" feature request.
There could be an option to keep starred items on top.

I love the option of a special tag like a "star" in Gmail.
And an option to sort notes by tags, and place "star" notes always on top.
BTW, if tags could be colored, it could be cool.
