[Startup] Add option "Check for update" every hour/day

Hello

I start CintaNotes at boot time, and only reboot every few weeks, when I really can't avoid it (Windows Update comes to mind ;) ).

I suggest that CN should connect out to its web site every hour/day to check if an update is available, and display this information in an inconspicious manner, eg. displaying it in the title bar of the main window.
