[Editing] Title with CTRL+F12 should be empty

Hello,
Using CintaNotes 1.2, when creating a new note through the CTRL+F12 shortcut, its default title is set to the window title of the active application (eg. with no maximized window, the new note is titled "explorer.exe".)
I think it'd be better to leave this as the default option but allow users to uncheck this to tell CN to leave the title section empty and just put the focus on this section of the note. Most of the time, the notes I create have nothing to do with whatever application I'm working in when hitting CTRL+F12.
My .15€,
