Mysterious tag display atop every note

Dear friends,

Today I noticed that CintaNotes is suddenly displaying the tag name in every note, between the title and the first line of text. It never used to do this, and I cannot figure out how to turn it off, as it obstructs the view of the first few lines of text. Please tell me how to turn it off. (see screenshot--notce the tag "vocabulary" at the top of each note)

I am using version 2.5.1.
