after starting cintanotes "show main window hot key" is not working
this bug appeared after i started using "startup.minimized = 1"

but when i open cintanotes main window by clicking icon, hotkey start working again

I have that same problem. Obviously the focus is set to nowhere and the hotkey does not apply. Strange thing. The workaround is to click somewhere on the desktop. After that the hotkey functions again.

I was able to reproduce the problem and added it to the roadmap here: http://roadmap.cintanotes.com/feedback/28068-/

Most probably it will be fixed in the next release.
