Steps to reproduce:
set cursor to "line1" and to the first column
press shift + cursor down
the line with the text "line1" is selected
fine

set cursor to "line3" and to the first column
press shift + cursor down
the line with the text "line3" is selected
the empty line before "line4" is also selected
wrong

I consider this a bug, because it is non-standard-behaviour. When i press arrow-down i want one line only to be selected.
