Either when you select text with shift+ctrl+arrow-left/right or when you jump to the next word with ctrl+arrow-left/right the cursor ignores international characters and focuses the character after it.

This turned out to be a really nasty Microsoft's RichEdit bug, which appears only on old RichEdit versions in Windows Vista/7 (in XP it works ok).
We now have to do some trickery to make it work (Microsoft doesn't allow to redistribute the newer RichEdit versions to maintain the competitive edge), but anyway in 1.7 this issue should be fixed.
