Seems like there are many basic options for the startup which are not completely tested

Well anyway, the next problem with the DB-startup I am facing is that the path is not accessible due to insufficient privileges.

Hi roland_cita,

thanks for the report. I confirm the problem, will be fixed in the next version.
The behavior will be the same as in the case when the path is not accessible.
