A funny bug with basic licence

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit
CintaNotes : Version 1.8.0 free portable (basic licence)
Hi guys. "Display Only Realted Tags" option isn't available in non-commercial version of CintaNotes. This option also has a duplicating hotkey (Ctrl+R), and when pressed displaying of only related tags is being performed. I personally have nothing against this
, but I greatly admire this wonderful piece of software and consider reporting this fact as my duty.
