Command -m doesn't work with 1.8.2

New version 1.8.2 breaks command line switch -m (start minimize to tray),
when "Options" - "Startup" - "Run Minimized" is not checked.

OS: Win 7 Home Premium
CintaNotes 1.8.2 Portable
