Can't switch to (and awayfrom) "All" tab with keyboard (v2+)

I Just noticed a "new" bug in 2.0 and 2.0.1
- when switching tabs with the keyboard (Ctrl Left / Ctrl Right) I can switch to all my different tabs except the "All" tab.
- when the "All" tab is focused, I can't switch to any other tab with keyboard

This is not a bug, but a UI design problem.
"All" is not a tab. It is a _button_ that adds to selection all tabs that are not active (or removes from selection all tabs except the one which was selected first).
In future CN versions, we'll remove this button in order to avoid confusion. You'll have to use the Ctrl+` shortcut to select all tabs.

Don't worry, this shortcut will still be available for use
system-wide shortcuts have precedence, and since 2.0.2
Ctrl+Shift+Space can be used for selecting all tabs.
