Can't Edit or Change Previously Saved Note

Hi I have a note that I saved of a WordPress exploit I found used on my web site. I kept this to help understand it and as reference so I'm not entirely sure its a good idea to post its contents or not. Its PHP code relating to http://www.htmlcenter.com/blog/webshell-hack-an-update/. Here is the details.
OS: Windows 7 Pro SP1
CintaNotes: v2.0.2 (Jan 24 2013)
I'm under "Untagged" and I edit my note just by adding some tags or removing content within the note then after I click the "OK" button I get the following dialog.

If I try to open the same note again or close CintaNotes I get this error dialog followed by the next dialog. The second dialog doesn't appear until I close CintaNotes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW, CintaNotes is worth every penny I paid. An awesome must have application!
