Hi Alex,
i did send you a mail on that issue on Feb. 18 with some test-data. I have just seen a second note containing a broken link. I can not tell how this happened, but there is definitely a bug, that corrupts my internal links
There were some issues to internal links since they were introduced. Until today i don't feel save with them. I use them less, than i could, because of instabilities.

Do these notes have something in common?

Yes. As far as i can tell all broken links are part of a bullet list and have some text before, but not after the link.
For example:- bla bla bla bla
- open here This is my internal link
- bla bla bla

More infos: I never notice broken links while editing the note, which doesn't mean it can happen there. I notice the broiken links after closing and re-opening the note.
For example the broken link looks like:- bla bla bla bla
- open here This is my internal link
- bla bla bla

BTW are you using indents in your bullet lists?

Not sure what you mean. The option Editor\[X] Auto-Indent is checked. I also use (sub-)paragraphs occasionally.
For example:- bla bla bla bla
- sub1
- sub2 - open here This is my internal link
- bla bla bla

I meant Ctrl+Tabbing the lines.

No. I don't use this feature.

Call me hero
Steps to reproduce:- create a new note
- press Ctrl+L to create a bullet list
- write some text, e.g. "bla bla bla"
- press ENTER to create the next line with a bullet list
- write some text, e.g. "check "
- press Ctrl+Alt+L, select any link and press Enter
- press Ctrl+S to save the note and exit using ESC
- reopen the note
- set the caret at the end of the first line, that is after "bla bla bla"
- enter some spaces
- press ESC to save and exit the note
- reopen the note "et voilĂ ", you will notice the broken link
Seems like trimming of the lines does not update internal links.

Thomas, you're a hero indeed! Hurray!
This is in fact space trimming to blame.. we'll fix this in 2.0.4 final!
