As per the title. V2.0.4 will NOT open minimised on Win 7 x64, downgrading to 2.0.3 fixes the issue and upgrading again to 2.0.4 fixed it (I was not expecting that last result).

I however couldn't reproduce the problem.
Could you please describe in more detail what's not working for you?
Also stating your OS version could help.
