An issue with clipboard

Hi guys.
I use "Untagged" to store some temporal information for a short period (URL's generally). So I select what I want to store, hit Ctrl+C then click on CintaNotes icon on the taskbar and hit Ctrl+V. When I no longer need these notes I select them holding Shift, press Del and confirm deleting.
Today I've noticed a strange behaviour. After everything described above was done I was going to store some other info in "Untagged". I've selected it, pressed Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V in the CintaNotes window. But the string pasted was the one I've pasted before (and it was in Recycle Bin by that time)! I checked this with notepad — clipboard contained correct information. And CintaNotes was pasting "previous" text instead of the new one in the clipboard!
What even more — after I hit Ctrl+V a couple of times in the CintaNotes window the pasted notes were ones located in Recycle Bin! I mean I was pressing Ctrl+V time after time and each time a new info was "pasted"! And the creation time of these notes wasn't correct — it was the time of creation of previously deleted notes (not the actual time of PC).
I don't have any "clipboard management" software installed. And this issue doesn't always reproduce.
Best regards
Rico
