Environment
Windows 7 Pro Cintanotes Pro 2.6

Error
Tried to delete an empty section and got the message
class db::DatabaseExeption
SqLite Error 19: column num not unique

Sequence
The sequence is reflected in the attached files

Thanks for the bug report!
Seems however that I can't reproduce the problem on my side.
Could you please try to do the following:
1. Export your notebook to XML
2. Create a new notebook and import the XML into it.
After that the section should become deletable without problems.
