Hi Alex,
the tag option "show only used tags" does not have an affect. Is it broken?

The flag "only used tags" inside the tag's context menu does not have any visible affect to me. Regardless of using a single or all sections. What is it supposed to do?

It hides tags that have use count of 0 in the selected section.
If you have all sections selected, then it indeed has no effect, unless you have some unused non-autodeletable tags.
