Help!!!!!!!!!!

I keep getting the following error message whenever I try to open any individual note:

class err::SystemException
Postcondition failed:
gdi::Bitmap::Bits::Bits
ret == bionfo.bmiHeader.biHeight
(0)The operation complete successfully.

Despite the last line of the error message, I cannot view any notes within Cintanotes. I can at least print individual notes to view them. Any suggestions about how to fix this so I can view notes within the program itself?

Could you please tell which version of CintaNotes you're using?

Oops! It was the most recent version, 3.1.2. I reverted back to 3.1.1 and everything works as normal.

I see. Do you maybe have monitor color depth set to something other than TrueColor (32bits)?

Also please try this version and tell me what the new error message is. This will greatly help to diagnose and fix the problem.

Thanks for the reply, and sorry for the delayed response. I have Windows 10, and it appears that there isn't any option to change color depth. I tried the version you sent me, and notes opened from my database without any problems or error messages.

Interesting. Well then I suggest that you continue to use this version. Please let me know if the error comes up again.
