Display Scaling Causes CintaNotes to Crash in Windows 10

CintaNotes 3.1.2, Pro License
Windows 10 pro
Surface Pro 4

If you select "disable display scaling on high DPI setting" under the program compatibility tab in Windows (right click the program icon, select compatibility) to improve the font display (fonts look much crisper when you do this), CintaNotes crashes when you try and create a new note. You get a "error" dialog below:

Class err::SystemException
Postcondition failed
gdi::Bitmap::Bits::Bits
ret==binfo.bmiHeader.biHeight
(0) The operation completed successfully

Display scaling no longer crashes the problem. Thank you. Font scaling is odd on high resolution screens (Surface Pro 4) 1920 x 1080
