Hi Alex,
within the editor i have situations when the three buttons will be placed to the bottom window edge with almost no space between to it. I was able to reproduce once by entering text into remarks and pressing Ctrl+S to save the note.

Yes. This happens when the modified date appears. Will be fixed in 3.2.1. Thanks!
