Hello colorless,
thanks for pointing this issue out.
Actually using this theme I was having really hard time to find a single app that would not have some artifacts.
Any themed/skinned app would also misbehave.
So I guess the best way would be to add possibility to fine-tune the CN UI colors (note color themes notwithstanding as there is already a separate request to fine-tune 'em).
