I’ve recently occasionally encountered this behavior in CN: I select some text in a web page, hit Ctrl+F12 to clip it, and a new note appear, but empyt. If I then try again (select text in the web page and hit Ctrl+F12 again), the text is clipped as expected.
What OS? Windows 10 64 bit
What version of CintaNotes? 3.13
What window/pane has Focus? The browser (Chrome)
What key combination? Ctrl+F12
What program and version are you clipping from? The browser (Chrome)
This has happened several times, but does not occur consistently. It never happened before (AFAIK): it started only recently (probably the last couple of months)
Sometimes Ctrl+F12 brings up an empty note

Hi Ricardo and thanks for the report!
Can you please tell, does it happen if you run CN as admin?
Also the debug log of a failed clip would help immensely! Thanks
