How to rename a database to "cintanotes.db" ?

After damaging my CintaNotes, I've repaired the damage.
The currently correct database is now:
- cintanotes.weekly_10364.db
How do I rename that db as the usual:
- cintanotes.db
If that sounds like a question by a 4-year-old, that's slightly older than my current mental age
