I encounter a Visual C++ Runtime Library error message when I try to launch the application.

I'm running the portable version of CintaNotes v1.0 on Windows XP. Any fixes?

Hello Carlos, this was a problem some users experienced, it was fixed but unfortunately it somewhat resurfaced in CN 1.0. Good news is a fix is already out there, so please download CintaNotes 1.0A viewtopic.php?p=2216#p2216. Hopefully it's fixed, if not let us know and surely the developer will investigate further

More generally keep an eye here viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7 where new or bugfix versions are announced.

I use the new released version, but I still meet runtime errors. Both install and portable versions.

The developer released CintaNotes 1.0B, and this version should hopefully finally fix the startup problem. You can find it at the main page http://cintanotes.com/
