Text is not copied

When I press the hotkey in a notepad windows, most of the time everything is ok.
But sometimes instead of a silent clipping, I get the CN edit window with
"Untitled - Notepad" and not text.
But I have text selected. I can do it multiple times and it will not work.
This happens since v1.0

Yes, this has happened here too - but intermittently ...

Now I know when it happens.
This happens always when I start notepad with administrator rights.
Strange thing is, I start CN also with full admin rights exactly for this case.
This was working with pre 1.0 versions. But now since 1.0 it doesn't work anymore.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce the problem.
Could you give a bit more information please?
How often does this happen? Does it depend on the amount of text?
What is your PC configuration?

After further checks, I found out that CN wasn't really started with full admin rights (elevated).
The box was checked in the file properties but it didn't worked. I have disabled the option and
enabled it again and now its working.
