[bug]command -i -m not working and ....

Just create a shortcut on desktop and add the command line -i,-m in the properity tab, restart the app and seems like this feature not working...
what's more, when setting start with windows startup in option, it will popup when windows startup, not start minimize as described.
So, would you please add the option directly in the option menu and do a small test in the conming version?
BTW: I got version v1.4 and windows xp sp3 updated with clean system.
